 In accordance with the Navajo Nation Transportation Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) Policy (RDCD-107-18), approved on December 27th, 2018. The Navajo Nation Division of Transportation – Department of Airports is responsible for the review of maintaining the official registry. Please submit to Navajo DOT the following items to ensure compliance with the current Policies. 

Below is a copy of the current Resolution of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Policy. 

 The form must be accompanied by the following:

• Current proof of insurance
• Operator FAA permit(s),
• Flight plan(s),
• Photos of the Drone
  • Serial number
  • FFA Number
• Photocopy of the FAA Drone Registration.

This will expedite the process of approval.
