The Navajo Division of Transportation, Department of Airport Management (Owner), intends to solicit sealed bids from

qualified contractors for procurement as applicable, construction, installation, testing, and FAA commissioning support

for an Automated Weather Observing System (AWOS Ill PT) at Tuba City Airport. The awarded work will be incorporated

into the Owner's standard agreement through Task Order.

   The Navajo Division of Transportation, Department of Airport Management (Owner), requests sealed proposals from

qualified design-build teams for a complete turnkey Automated Weather Observing System (AWOS PT Ill) project at

Chinle Airport. The selected team shall provide investigation, design, procurement, construction, installation, testing, FAA

commissioning support, training, warranty, maintenance support, and closeout. Selection will be made on a best-value

basis. The award will be incorporated into the Owner's standard agreement through Task Order No. 1.

This Project is funded solely with Navajo Nation Sihasin funds and is not presently funded through an FAA Airport

Improvement Program (AIP) grant. The Owner will not disclose a project budget, preliminary estimate, maximum feasible

cost, maximum feasible price, or internal funding amount. Offerors shall independently develop prices and describe

assumptions, exclusions, and risk controls.
