The Navajo Division of Transportation (Navajo DOT) is soliciting proposals to construct “N8066(3)1,2&4 Road Project in Black Mesa, AZ”. The proposed work consists of grading and roadway excavation; placement of aggregate base course and asphalt pavement; installation of drainage structures, precast concrete arch culvert, fencing, cattleguards, gates, signs, striping, and other miscellaneous work as called for in the design plans and specifications for this 6.92 mile roadway project located in Black Mesa, AZ.

Proposals will be subject to all requirements specified in RFP No. 26-04-4099SB. The RFP package will be available for download from the Navajo DOT website (https://navajodot.org/rfp%2Frfq, beginning April 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM MDT.  

A MANDATORY Virtual Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM MDT.
