In the spirit of cooperation and excellent stewardship of data for the citizens of Navajo Nation, the Navajo Division of Transportation gladly provides its data to local, regional, national governmental agencies and private entities with the understanding that

1. Such data will NOT, under any circumstances be distributed by the requester for any reason.
2. Navajo Division of Transportation data, information, or authority NOT be misrepresented, or used for economic gain beyond the scope of providing information.
3. Navajo Division of Transportation explicitly reserves the right to distribute the data.
4.  The data share policy is subject to change without prior notice.
5. Sale of the data directly or indirectly and any part thereof is prohibited sale or resale, or producing any document all or part of the data, or photographs for resale, or for any purpose in which the requester/purchaser can reasonably anticipate the receipt of monetary gain from the direct or indirect use of such data.
